How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Meeseger Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How Meeseger Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Meeseger Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@meeseger.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you want
What Happens Next
We'll confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we'll review it. That may mean contacting the provider. We'll reply with what we found and any action we're taking.
Not Happy With the Answer?
Reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
